Apparel Plan CURRENT
A year of merch, mapped in one call.
The Apparel Plan is a 15-minute phone call that turns gym apparel from a monthly fire drill into a calendar you can actually run your business around. We map 4–6 drops to your seasons, handle every follow-up, and drive the revenue. You just say yes.
Winging it is expensive.
Most gyms know they should be running apparel more often. What stops them isn't strategy — it's that it always becomes the thing that falls off the list when class coverage and billing questions and member churn take the oxygen out of the week.
A whole year, on one page.
This is what an Apparel Plan actually looks like once we map it out. Seven proven windows — pick 3–5 of these and we'll anchor the rest of your year around them.
Every drop has a job.
We don't just spread drops across the year for the sake of it. Each one is anchored to a specific moment in your gym's calendar — when members are most engaged, most proud of what they're doing, and most likely to buy.
Open or Logo Tee
The Open is a natural way to sell more apparel due to the nature of the event. However, if Open participation has gone down at your gym — or you aren't a CrossFit affiliate — a classic logo tee or tank order works perfectly here.
Memorial Day
Preorder window runs in April so shirts land by Memorial Day weekend. Veteran-coded artwork, commemorative colorways, a reason for members to show up on Memorial Day wearing your gym on their back. Our highest-reorder drop, year after year.
Summer Package
Tanks, lightweight tees, women's crops, performance short sleeves. Preorder collects in May, gear hits members' hands for June — exactly when they want something they'll actually train in all summer.
Hoodies
Hoodie season. Back-from-vacation energy, new-member enrollments spiking, and the single highest margin garment in your lineup. A well-run hoodie drop funds Q4 outright.
Holiday Event
Gift-mode activates. Members buy for themselves and for their training partners. Bundled sweatshirt-plus-hat offerings, giftable packaging, and a Black Friday promo window built in — your last big revenue push of the year.
Your flex drops
Competition team uniforms. Coach gear refresh. Anniversary drop. Challenge-winner apparel. New location launch. The plan flexes — if an opportunity emerges, we slot it in. Your calendar is a starting point, not a cage.
Four steps. One call.
The entire process — from first conversation to your first drop going live — is engineered to take almost none of your time. The whole point of this thing is that you stop thinking about apparel, not think about it more.
The Call
15 minutes. We learn your gym — member count, community vibe, upcoming events, what's worked and what hasn't. No pitch, no pressure.
The Map
We build your annual calendar. 4–6 drops, anchored to real moments in your year. You review, adjust, approve. One Google Doc, one shared calendar.
The Nudge
First week of every drop month, you get a personal email from our team: "Time to kick off [drop name]." You say yes, we go.
We Run It
Design, preorder store, promotion playbook, printing, fulfillment. All of it, done. You promote once, approve the artwork, and collect the check.
The math of a planned year.
After 5,000+ gym owners and 30,000+ orders, here's what we see: gyms with a plan out-earn gyms without one by a factor that's too large to explain with luck. Consistency compounds. Every drop gets easier than the last.
Based on internal Forever Fierce order data across 5,000+ gym accounts, 2008–2025. Revenue multiplier varies by membership size and community engagement; typical range holds across gym sizes.
A plan is everything the chaos wasn't.
The real win isn't the 3–5× revenue number, even though that one's real. It's what shows up around the revenue: members who see their gym logo the way they see their favorite brand, an owner who isn't constantly putting out apparel fires, and a merch program that runs like the rest of your operation should.
Organized Planning
4–6 completed projects mapped to your seasons. Monthly launch notifications. Structured timelines. Nothing lives in your head anymore.
Revenue Growth
3–5× higher apparel revenue. Optimized pricing tiers by drop size. Preorder-only model means margin is baked in before the first shirt prints.
Community Impact
More shirts in the wild means more identity reinforcement. Stronger member engagement. Higher retention. A visible gym brand.
Proactive Follow-Ups
First week of every drop month, you hear from us. No forgetting. No missed windows. No "oh crap, Memorial Day is Monday."
Zero Commitment
No contract. No exclusivity. No minimum-drops-per-quarter clauses. Adjust the plan anytime. Skip a drop when it makes sense.
Full Program Support
Design, preorder store, launch emails, social graphics, a promo playbook. Not just printing — an entire go-to-market for every drop.

Still have questions after reading these? Text us at (845) 407-8866 or email info@foreverfierce.com. A real human (usually Matt) replies — same day, usually same hour.
Really. The Apparel Plan is a free scheduling tool — not a binding agreement. There's no minimum number of drops you're committed to, no exclusivity clause, no quarterly obligation. If you map out 6 drops and only run 2, we just run those 2. The plan flexes to your reality.
Zero. $0. The planning call, the calendar, the follow-ups — all free. You only pay for the apparel when your members preorder it. No planning fees, no account management fees, no hidden charges.
10–15 minutes. We ask about your gym's member count, your busy seasons, what's worked and what hasn't, what events you're anchored to (CrossFit Open, Hyrox season, local comps, etc.), and your rough revenue goals. We take it from there.
The first week of every drop month, a member of our team (usually Matt) sends you a personal email: "Hey, time to kick off [drop name]. Ready to roll?" If yes, we start design immediately. If not, we reschedule or skip — no pressure. Our clients tell us this is the single most valuable part of the plan: the reminder shows up before they've had time to forget.
That's fine. Most gyms land at 4–6 because that's where the revenue math gets interesting, but we've built plans for gyms running 2 annual drops (typically Logo Tee + Hoodies) and for gyms running monthly collections. The plan serves you — not the other way around.
Two things: what we've seen work across 5,000+ gym accounts since 2008, and what matters specifically to your community. The CrossFit Open is a no-brainer for affiliates. Memorial Day / Murph converts for any functional-fitness box. Hoodie season is universal. Beyond those, we build around your local events, your anniversaries, your competition team — the stuff only you'd know.
Perfect — we'll just pick up from where you are. The plan doesn't care whether you start in January or August. We build around what's left in your year and set you up for a full calendar next year.
Our in-house design team. No art fees, unlimited revisions. You can pick from our best-seller templates customized to your brand, bring your own concept, or hand us the creative brief and we'll run with it. Most gyms let us take the lead — that's what we're here for.
Anytime. The plan is a living document — if your situation changes mid-year (new location, new coach, new community initiative), we rebuild around it. Cancellation is just as simple: tell us you're done, the plan closes out, no paperwork.
Plan your year. Win every month.
15 minutes. No pitch, no pressure, no contract. We'll map your apparel calendar together and you'll walk away with a plan you could run yourself — even if you never work with us again.
